Japanese toilets never cease to amaze me.
I recently found this one that has a little gadget that makes sounds like water flowing down a river. In case you ask why, it is to muffle the sounds of your own tribute to nature while you take care of business in the toilet. Just have a seat on the throne, and hear the sounds of the mighty Shinano (the longest river in Japan) all around. It even comes with instructions written in braille, English, and Japanese. No need to touch anything when your business concludes, just wave your hand over the little window and the toilet promptly flushes. In case of power failure, there is a little blue button which can be used to flush manually.
When all the toilets in the bathroom are being used at once, it almost sounds like Niagra Falls!
